Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship to the UK?

2. How long will delivery take?

Since our sofas are shipped directly from our warehouse to ensure the best quality, please allow 3 weeks for processing and an additional 6 weeks for delivery to the UK. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. For non-sofa products, delivery is usually completed within 6 weeks.

3. Do I need to pay customs taxes or VAT?

No. All prices shown include VAT and customs duties. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery. (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).

4. Where will you deliver my sofa?

 We offer a Kerbside Delivery service. This means the delivery carrier will deliver the sofa to the ground floor entrance of your address (driveway or front door). Please ensure you have someone available to help move the item inside. For safety reasons, our drivers cannot carry the sofa upstairs or inside rooms unless a “Room of Choice” upgrade is purchased.

5. Do you deliver to the UK Highlands or islands?

Currently, we only deliver to Mainland UK. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands (e.g., Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) due to carrier restrictions.

Product & Specification

1. Does the sofa come assembled?

Our sofas are delivered in 2 or 3 boxes (depending on the size) to protect them during transit and to make them easier to move into your home. Simple assembly is required (usually attaching the legs and connecting the sections). All tools and instructions are included.

2. Will the sofa fit through my door?

To ensure the sofa fits, please measure your door frame and any hallways/stairwows. If you are unsure, please contact our support team with measurements before ordering.

3. How do I clean the sofa?

For everyday maintenance, we recommend gently vacuuming the fabric to remove dust. For stains or spills, we advise using a professional fabric cleaner or a steam cleaner directly on the sofa.Please note: We do not recommend removing the covers for machine washing, as this may cause shrinkage or damage to the fabric. Professional dry cleaning is the safest method to maintain quality.

After-Sales & Returns

1. Can I return the sofa if I don’t like it?

Yes, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your sofa. However, please note that as the sofa is a large item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs back to our warehouse overseas, which can be expensive. We strongly recommend requesting a free fabric swatch before purchasing to ensure you love the color and material.

2. What if my sofa arrives damaged?

Please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If there is visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will offer free replacement parts or a full refund for damaged items.

3. Do you offer a fabric swatch service?

 Yes, we offer free fabric swatches so you can see the color and feel the material before buying. Please click here to order your swatches.
