Product & Specification
1. Do your products come assembled?
Most come mostly assembled — you just need to attach a few parts like legs or hardware (all tools and instructions included). Easy assembly in under 10 minutes.
2. Furniture dimensions/Will the sofa fit through my door?
It is important to check all measurements and access before ordering. Remember to take into account any narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts, and any tight turns once inside the property.
All of our furniture have clear dimensions on their individual product pages, just below the ‘Product Description’ section.
All measurements are in centimetres, which detail the individual pieces of furniture.
Sofas and armchairs also include the minimum access width you will need to fit the box through your door frame.
3. Specifications
Each furniture page includes a link to the individual product’s specifications and what it is made from. For example: upholstery material, seat cushion construction and frame material. The ‘Specification’ link is located below the individual ‘Product Description’ section.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a ‘despatch confirmation’ email, with a link where you can track the progress of your order through our courier network.
For larger items that are sent through our courier network, we will also send you a text message with an attached tracking link, showing the exact location of the delivery team and an estimated delivery window.
There may be delays in tracking details, depending on the courier service. If however you have any questions, then please contact us through live chat at the bottom of this page and we’ll help you sort it out.
2. How long will delivery take?
Delivery takes 3–6 weeks for most items (or 3–4 weeks with premium delivery), but large or fully custom made-to-order pieces can take 6–9 weeks — orders over £1000 ship free.
3. Do I need to pay customs taxes or VAT?
No. All prices shown include VAT and customs duties. You will not be charged any extra fees upon delivery. (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid).
4. Where will you deliver my sofa?
We offer a Kerbside Delivery service. This means the delivery carrier will deliver the sofa to the ground floor entrance of your address (driveway or front door). Please ensure you have someone available to help move the item inside. For safety reasons, our drivers cannot carry the sofa upstairs or inside rooms unless a “Room of Choice” upgrade is purchased.
5. Do you deliver to the UK Highlands or islands?
Yes.
After-Sales & Returns
1. How do I return an item?
You have lots of options available to you. We offer a 30 day returns policy.
2. What if my order arrives damaged,faulty or missing parts?
Please inspect the packaging before signing for the delivery. If there is visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Contact us immediately within 48 hours. We will offer free replacement parts or a refund for damaged items.
3. Do you offer a fabric swatch service?
We offer free swatch samples for most of our sofas and accent chairs.
It’s easy and quick, just find the item you like, select the colour you want and order. We’ll send you the swatch sample the next working day.
